At TEDOJO, we are passionate about making throwing fun and accessible. We are dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality throwing experiences.

Are your products original designs?

We proudly offer our own original designs which will be labeled if they are. These designs often blend Oriental aesthetic elements with practical function, creating products that reflect both cultural depth and craftsmanship.

Do you offer custom engraving or limited editions?

Yes, we offer engraving services and DIY editions. However, to ensure product quality and compatibility with our production processes, all custom requests—especially DIY designs or drawings—must be reviewed and confirmed with us in advance. Some designs may not be feasible for manufacturing, so please contact us before placing your order.

Are TEDOJO throwing knives beginner-friendly?

"Yes, most of our equipments are beginner-friendly. If you're a complete beginner, we recommend starting with our 'Storm'. It's easier to get started when paired with FEIJIAN technique”

Are the tips sharp or safe?

All throwing knives are designed with rounded tips or non-lethal edges to ensure safety during practice.

Do the products include sheaths or accessories?

Many models come with sheath or custom Kydex sheaths or bundled sets which will be mentioned. Please refer to individual product pages.

Are instructions included?

"We’ll be sharing product instructions gradually through blog posts. Meanwhile, feel free to check out our YouTube channel TYThrowing — we post throwing tips, tutorials, and product highlights there!"

Ordering & Payment

 Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps with tracking and order history.

What payment method do we accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways (Stripe/PayPal).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for inventories from our CANADA Warehouse only. However, if the shipping label is created and/or package is packed, we will charge a USD$ 5.00 packaging fee.

If the order (returns or cancellations not related to product defects) has already been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of the product will be refunded upon return, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Orders from Asia and USA warehouses are non-refundable once the shipping label is created.

Order Tracking

 How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also log into your account to check order status.

My order says "processing" for a long time, is it normal?

While we strive to get your order prepared and dropped off to our logistics partner in a timely manner, there might encounter a processing time from our logistics partner to the carrier, so there is a delay in updating the tracking status. According to our record, delay happens rarely

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location:

  • US and Canada Addresses
    – Shipping Fee: $20 USD
    – Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days
  • Most International Destinations
    – Shipping Fee: $40 USD
    – Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days
  • Remote Regions
    – Shipping Fee: $60 USD
    – Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days

We recommend checking in advance to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

What if I want to return or get a refund?

Products from Canada Warehouse can be return / refunded if it is still in the original selling condition within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for the shipping back to our North America Warehouse, and a refund of purchased product(s) value will be returned to your original payment method.
However, possible product defects and shipping damages will be exempt from this return policy, and a refund can be requested or new product(s) will be sent to you, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that while most orders avoid customs duties, some may incur additional fees based on your country's policies. These charges are not covered by TacticalEdged.Dojo (TEDojo Limited). You will need to kindly monitor the shipping about any customs duties involvement.

What policy applies to shipping delays?

We strive for timely delivery, but certain factors like customs clearance or logistic processes may cause delays. However, If your order does not arrive within 50 days, the whole order amount will be refunded. Holiday suspensions excluded, which will normally be updated at homepage.

Safety & Use

Are there any safety tips?

For the best throwing experience, practice in a clear space with a soft wooden target. Avoid hard surfaces to protect your gear and yourself. Keep a safe zone around you, wear closed-toe shoes, and check your knives regularly. If blade contact causes small burrs, simply smooth them out with a file.

How do I maintain my knives?

Our blades are built to last—but a little care goes a long way. After use, simply wipe them clean and dry. Before storing, apply a light coat of oil to protect against rust. Keep them in a dry, cool place, away from humidity and acidic substances. This small habit ensures your gear stays battle-ready for the long run.
