The blade is forged from high-quality 65Mn spring steel, offering strong elasticity, excellent shock resistance, and reliable durability. Its hand-polished mirror surface is completely free of coatings—an intentional design choice.
The blade, guard, and brass fittings are all natural finish, allowing them to age over time and develop a unique patina as you use the sword.
The gradual oxidation will give the weapon a distinctive, personal character.
The handmade K-style sheath is precisely molded to the blade profile for a secure fit.
The CNC-machined G10 handle was specially designed to be slimmer and more rounded than typical tactical handles, providing a more comfortable and controlled grip. The internal channel is perfectly shaped to match the tang, with no gaps—ensuring force is evenly distributed through the entire handle, greatly increasing structural strength and preventing looseness over long-term use.
The combination of K-sheath + G10 handle + stainless steel tsuba + manganese steel blade delivers the ideal mix of traditional sword spirit and modern tactical functionality.
