- Products from North America Warehouse can be return / refunded if it is still in the original selling condition within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for the shipping back to our North America Warehouse, and a refund of purchased product(s) value will be returned to your original payment method.
- All products from Asia Warehouse are final sale and NON-REFUNDABLE.
- However, possible product defects and shipping damages will be exempt from this return policy, and a refund can be requested or new product(s) will be sent to you, within 14 days of receiving your order.
